By creating an Arthemis Wallet account you accept these Terms of Service and our Privacy Policy. If you don't agree, don't use the service.
Arthemis Wallet is a platform to create digital business cards compatible with Apple Wallet and Google Wallet, with an optional loyalty program (stamps or points) and notification campaigns sent to the customers who installed them.
You are responsible for keeping your password confidential and for all activity under your account. You must provide truthful information about your business.
We offer a ladder of plans (see Pricing) billed monthly or yearly depending on the tier chosen, with no activation fee. Payments are processed by Stripe; we don't store your card details. You can change or cancel your plan at any time from your billing panel; cancellation takes effect at the end of the period already paid.
If you enable the loyalty program, you collect contact data (phone, email, name) from your own customers. You are responsible for obtaining their consent to contact them — the platform already requires an explicit consent checkbox before sending campaigns. Arthemis acts as a data processor on your behalf, as described in our Privacy Policy.
You keep all rights to your brand, logo and content. You grant us a license to use them solely to generate and serve your digital card.
The service is provided "as is". We don't guarantee uninterrupted availability. To the extent permitted by law, our total liability is limited to the amount paid in the last 12 months.
We may suspend or close accounts that breach these terms or are used for unlawful purposes. You can close your account at any time.
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Texas, United States, regardless of conflict-of-law rules.
